I scored this guy recently from a friend of mine and I have to say, this piece adds a lot to my room. Though it's a little newer than some of the pieces I might usually go for, I loved it as soon as I saw it and had to get my hands on it! This thing is a vintage late 70s/early 80s Bulova pendulum clock, and though it's battery powered, this pendulum swings true all day long! I love the antique look that the makers tried to go for in crafting this clock
(though it's nearly an antique item itself now!). The dark wood, brass pendulum, and the clock face itself all harken back to an age gone by when something similar to this piece (but wound by hand) would have hung on many a wall. Overall I love it, and the added convenience of only having to stock a few AAs is not bad! Now it's your turn, tell me about your latest piece, how is it adding to your vintage lifestyle?
