How to tell the time in the dark and never buy batteries again!
Part of my vintage lifestyle collection is this Westclox "Super-Glo" alarm clock I picked up 2 years ago. No batteries--it winds up, and as the name denotes, it glows in the dark! The ticking noise is fairly loud, which can take some getting used to (and so is the alarm!). One of my favourite things about this clock is not having to replace any batteries.

After a good wind, this vintage timepiece will run for days. Overall, an old wind-up clock is a great addition to anyone's vintage lifestyle. Whether you decide to wind it up regularly and use it for its intended purpose, or simply want to keep it as a decoration, this is an awesome piece to have, and one that I'm glad to have found!
